Maybe your child is having difficulty with anger or regulating their big emotions, especially when challenged or frustrated. Or perhaps your neurodivergent child (ADHD, Autistic, learning differences) is facing challenges at school or needs assistance navigating social demands. If you are experiencing overwhelming stress or anxiety, seeking help for yourself or your child is taking a brave step forward.
