This group is a safe, affirming space where you can connect with other parents who understand what you’re going through, learn practical strategies to support your child, and feel empowered in your parenting role.

What you will gain in this group:

  • How ADHD, Autism, and other diagnoses impact your child’s experiences

  • Building better communication and support strategies

  • Tools for managing emotional regulation as a family

  • Creating routines and accommodations that work at home and school

  • How to support your child in an affirming way

  • Encouragement from other parents who truly “get it”
