Group Play Therapy is a fun, interactive way to help young children develop the essential social and emotional skills they need to succeed in kindergarten and beyond. Designed for children ages 4-6, these small groups (with just 2-3 participants) provide a safe and supportive environment where kids can learn, connect, and grow through the power of play.

In our Play Therapy Group, your child will…

  • Learn how to take turns, share, and collaborate with their peers.

  • Develop emotional regulation and problem-solving skills.

  • Practice communication skills in a safe and nurturing environment

  • Build confidence in interacting with others, preparing them for the transition to starting school.

  • Struggle with emotional regulation, sharing, or taking turns.

  • Would benefit from learning how to interact with peers in a supportive, small-group setting.

Why Play Therapy?

Play is a child’s natural way of learning and expressing themselves. Using play as the foundation for therapy, children can explore their feelings, practice new skills, and build positive relationships—all in a safe and fun way.
