About Me:

Hello! My name is Annie, and I am passionate about helping children, families, and adults thrive. My approach is rooted in creating a safe and nurturing space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to make positive changes.

I specialize in Child-Centered Play Therapy and Child-Parent Relationship Training. I help children process their emotions, navigate their environments, build self-esteem, and improve their decision-making. I also work closely with families to foster connection, rebuild relationships, and support a shared understanding of how to meet each family member's needs.

In addition to working with children and families, I enjoy helping adults navigate life’s challenges. I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support clients in making achievable and lasting changes. Together, we’ll work toward your goals with personalized techniques and interventions while building a strong counseling relationship that reminds you that your feelings and experiences truly matter.

When I’m not in the office, you can find me spending time with my dog, Tucker, and my husband, exploring the outdoors on long walks, reading, traveling, or baking. I also love visiting my family in Michigan and tackling DIY projects around the house.
