Tween Expressive Arts Group - Keller, TX
Building Confidence Through Creativity.
Is your tween struggling with stress, fears, or worries? Our Tween Expressive Arts Group is designed to help kids ages 9–12 build confidence, learn healthy coping skills, and express themselves through creative outlets in a supportive, neurodiversity-affirming environment.
Through activities like art, music, crafts, games, and sand tray, group members will have the chance to explore their feelings, connect with peers, and grow their emotional resilience—all while having fun and getting creative!
Whether your child is navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, or big life transitions, this group is a safe space to learn new skills, make meaningful connections, and discover the healing power of self-expression.
What We Will Focus On:
Expressing emotions in safe and creative ways
Building self-confidence and self-awareness
