About Me:

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here taking steps toward meaningful change in your life. Whether you’re seeking help for yourself or your child/teen, my goal is to provide a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported.

I specialize in supporting children and teens navigating anxiety, big feelings, medical-related trauma, grief, life transitions, low self-esteem, and developmental differences through both individual and group therapy. I also enjoy working with adults who are looking for a creative space to explore their experiences and process life’s challenges through therapy.

My work is rooted in Child-Centered Play Therapy and AutPlay® Therapy, both developmentally appropriate methods that allow children to express themselves, process emotions, and build coping skills through play. Since play is a child’s natural language, these approaches create a safe and effective pathway for healing and growth. For older children, teens, and adults, I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with creative tools like art, sand tray, mindfulness, and therapeutic games to support emotional insight and engagement in a way that feels meaningful.

I believe therapy should feel collaborative and personalized. Whether through play, creative expression, or reflective conversation, I aim to help clients build confidence, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen their ability to cope with life’s challenges.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy crafting, reading fiction, practicing yoga, and spending time in nature. These activities help me stay grounded and connected, and I hope to support you or your child in reconnecting with what brings a sense of calm, joy, and purpose.

If you’re considering therapy, I’d be honored to walk alongside you in this process—whether you’re ready to begin or just exploring your options.
