About Me:

Hello & welcome! I’m so glad you’re here taking steps toward meaningful change in your life. Whether you’re feeling stuck, searching for clarity, or wanting to help your child thrive, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and care. As a counselor, I specialize in supporting a wide range of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, medical trauma, life transitions, grief/loss, parent-child relationships, social navigation, self-esteem, and developmental differences.

My primary approach is Child-Centered Play Therapy, a powerful tool to support children in navigating cognitive, behavioral, and emotional challenges. Play is how children express themselves and understand their world. In play therapy, kids can safely explore emotions, build coping skills, and develop healthier connections—in a way that’s just right for their development! With older children, teens, and adults, I provide a combination of talk therapy and activity-based approaches, such as art, sand tray, mindfulness, and games, to support emotional growth and healing.

I believe therapy is most effective when it extends beyond the office. That’s why I work closely with families to ensure insights and skills are integrated into daily life. Whether through play therapy, talk therapy, parent-child sessions, expressive activities, or group therapy, my goal is to nurture self-awareness, self-expression, and stronger relationships for folks of all ages.

In and out of the therapy room, I am a creative person by nature. I enjoy crafting, reading fiction, practicing yoga, and spending time outdoors—activities that help me stay grounded and connected. I hope to help you or your child reconnect with what brings joy and fulfillment in life, too. I understand how overwhelming it can be to seek help, but know that you're not alone. Whether you’re ready to dive in or just exploring your options, I’d love to hear from you!
